This oval shape flapper is designed to retrofit all RCI Circle Track cells with the 16 bolt oval type 4" cap assemblies. Hole mount pattern is 8" center to center x 5-1/4" center to center across the oval pattern. This flapper is designed to slow the fuel leakage in the event of a vehicle roll over.
